Key Bridge Compliance is currently seeking a Director to join our growing team. In this role, the Director, with support from a team of other senior compliance consultants and compliance officers, will either serve as the Outsourced CCO for smaller investment advisers, or as a senior compliance consultant for clients with in-house CCOs.

For this role, we are looking for compliance professionals that have served as a CCO previously and want to 1) work for small, scrappy, quickly growing consulting firm, 2) want a better work-life balance; and/or 3) learn new things by working with investment advisers of all different shapes, sizes, and business models.  This position is also ideal for compliance professionals who serve as a CCO’s “lieutenant” and is looking to take the next step in their career.

To be successful in this role, we have found the following skillset and experience level to be needed.

  • Has 5-10 years’ experience in compliance, specifically working with registered investment advisers.
  • Is comfortable providing guidance to executive and senior level management teams in person, by phone, or through video conference calls.
  • Is already familiar with leading regulatory conducting annual reviews, risk-assessments and external audits, email review, advertising and social media reviews, and portfolio testing. The candidate should also be comfortable with leading regulatory exams and interacting directly with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission and/or other regulators as necessary.
  • Has the ability to multitask and avoid “tunnel vision”.
  • Has effective communication skills.

  • Unlimited PTO. To promote a healthy work life balance, our employees are entitled to unlimited PTO. You will be encouraged to take at least two weeks of paid time off (PTO) per year in addition to holidays observed by the company and be eligible to take PTO immediately upon hire.
  • Paid sabbatical leave. We encourage all of our employees to travel, serve their community, and pursue their personal interests outside of work. To give you the ability to fulfill your personal goals, you will be eligible for paid sabbatical leave every 5 years of employment with the firm.
  • Paid parental leave.  To support our employees during one of life’s biggest changes, we offer our employees 12-weeks paid parental leave connected to the birth of an employee’s child or the placement of an adopted child within an employee’s home. You will be eligible for this benefit after you have been employed by the company for at least six months.

Compensation Range: $100,000 – $130,000 base salary.
