We’ve partnered with organizations like the Cincinnati Parks Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and Old Friends Equine (a farm dedicated to the care of retired thoroughbred racehorses) because we believe in showing up for causes that matter close to home.
Every member of our team is encouraged to get involved. KBC also offers annual paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) so our employees can participate in charitable activities that align with their values and help build lasting connections within the community.
