Who we are
Key Bridge Compliance is a boutique compliance consulting firm serving SEC- and state-registered investment advisers across the country. We help them meet their obligations under federal securities laws and build programs that hold up well beyond exam day.
Roughly half of our team works remotely, with colleagues spread across more than a dozen states and a home base in Covington, Kentucky. We have built our tools, meetings, and habits around making distributed work feel connected rather than isolated.
We started as a handful of people helping a few local advisers. Today we are a team of more than 40 supporting more than 130 clients. We got here by hiring thoughtful people and giving them the room, tools, and backing to do their best work. Unlimited flexible time off: Our team members have unlimited FTO from their first day. We encourage everyone to take at least two weeks each year, in addition to company holidays.
Paid sabbatical: Every five years with the firm earns you a paid sabbatical. Use it to travel, serve your community, or pursue something that matters to you.
Paid parental leave: We offer 12 weeks of paid leave for new parents, through birth or adoption. You become eligible after six months with the firm.
Growth and learning: Each calendar year, KBC budgets to invest in your personal growth and development. Building new skills makes both you and the firm more valuable in the marketplace.
Retirement planning: You can join our 401(k) plan within 60 days of beginning your employment. KBC makes a safe harbor match of 100% of the first 4% of eligible pay you contribute.
Health, dental, and vision: KBC covers 100% of employee-only premiums for company-sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance, with additional options available for you and your family.
Volunteer Time Off: KBC offers annual paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) so you can support the causes you care about.

Giving Back
At Key Bridge Compliance, giving back is part of who we are. Our team is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the communities where we live and work across Covington, Northern Kentucky, and the greater Cincinnati area.
We’ve partnered with organizations like the Cincinnati Parks Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and Old Friends Equine (a farm dedicated to the care of retired thoroughbred racehorses) because we believe in showing up for causes that matter close to home.
Every member of our team is encouraged to get involved. KBC also offers annual paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) so employees can volunteer for causes that align with their values. It is a chance to build lasting connections within the community.
