Key Bridge Compliance CEO Selected for Leadership Kentucky

Key Bridge Compliance (KBC) is pleased to announce that Chief Executive Officer Matt Swendiman has been selected as a member of the Leadership Kentucky Class of 2026, one of 52 professionals chosen to participate in the program’s flagship cohort this year.
Founded in 1985, Leadership Kentucky unites a diverse group of leaders from across the Commonwealth to explore the complex issues facing Kentucky’s communities, economy, and future. The program’s 2026 session runs June through December and consists of seven three-day sessions held at various locations throughout the state, including Berea, Louisville, Bowling Green, Hopkinsville, Murray, Somerset, Lexington, Frankfort, and Northern Kentucky. Participants engage directly with current Kentucky leaders and examine topics spanning business and economic development, education, healthcare, natural resources, agriculture, social issues, arts and tourism, and government.
Selection into Leadership Kentucky is competitive, and the cohort is intentionally composed of leaders representing a wide range of industries, backgrounds, and regions of the state. Since its founding, the program has developed a network of graduates who serve as informed, engaged advocates for the Commonwealth in their respective communities and organizations.
Matt’s selection reflects both his commitment to the state of Kentucky and his ongoing investment in the relationships and knowledge that make for more effective leadership. KBC congratulates Matt on this well-deserved recognition and we look forward to the perspective and connections he will bring back to our team and our clients.
