Key Bridge Compliance is excited to announce the promotion of our colleague Chris Payne to Managing Director.

Chris joined Key Bridge Compliance in August as part of the acquisition of Graydon Compliance Solutions, where he had been serving as a Chief Compliance Officer since April 2018. Chris has over 14 years of financial services experience with both broker-dealers and registered investment advisers. Chris has been an important part of the Key Bridge Compliance team since joining the Firm and will lead our Cincinnati office and staff.

Key Bridge Compliance was founded by a team of veteran financial services professionals dedicated to helping registered investment advisers navigate the complex regulatory landscape. Key Bridge Compliance seeks to empower its clients to focus on growing their business. Advisers with existing Chief Compliance Officers can leverage their time and resources by working with Key Bridge’s knowledgeable staff, permitting them to expand their compliance back office without hiring additional staff or reallocating valuable finite resources. Firms without dedicated CCOs can improve the quality of their compliance program by hiring Key Bridge Compliance to implement institutional-level compliance programs on their behalf. By acting as a trusted partner, Key Bridge Compliance seeks to help firms avoid the business disruptions caused by painful regulatory examinations.

With offices in Washington, DC, and Cincinnati, OH, Key Bridge Compliance serves registered investment advisers across the country. Visit www.keybridgecompliance.com or call (202) 753-6940 for more information about our Firm.
